Liquaseal is a liquid MS hybrid polymer that is easy to spread and cures to a waterproof sealing membrane with a very long life span. Liquaseal is also suitable for repair, finishing and renovation of medium-sized roofs that can be applied horizontally and vertically on most roof and building materials. Can also be applied on a slightly damp surface and is rain resistant after 2 hours.

EC1 Plus EMICODE is an eco-label and classification system that certifies flooring installation products, adhesives, and building materials based on their emissions. It follows standards like DIN EN ISO 16000-1, CEN/TS 16516, and ISO/TC 146 on air quality. Products bearing the EMICODE label are certified as having very low emissions, adhering to the strictest limits, and are continuously monitored by independent inspection bodies. This ensures clean indoor air and promotes a healthy environment.
Test the adhesion on EPDM and plastics. Discoloration and / or loss of adhesion can occur on bituminous materials, but it can be applied to slate-treated roofing. Not suitable for permanent immersion.
Consumption for 1mm thickness: 1 liter / m² . Consumption varies according to the roughness of the substrate.
WP7-101 is a moisture-curing coating: it cures by reacting with atmospheric humidity. Do not stir the product — neither before nor during use. Stirring brings the entire mass into contact with moisture, which starts the curing process inside the packaging and causes the product to cure in the tin.
If product remains after use, close the tin properly. The trapped air only reacts with the top layer: a thin protective skin forms there, shielding the coating underneath from further contact with air. Skin formation is therefore not a defect, but the product's normal protective behaviour. Remove the skin in one piece and continue using the coating underneath.
