X-SEAL
THE FLEXIBLE FINISHER
Moving toward the sealing side of the spectrum, X‑Seal is the one for joints, gaps and details that have to stay neat, flexible and reliable over time.
It’s an ultra‑flexible MS hybrid polymer sealant built for demanding sealing work across a huge range of applications. Paintable, suitable for wet application, and strong enough for indoor and outdoor use, X‑Seal is excellent between materials with different thermal and moisture movement, which makes it very practical on real sites.
Typical jobs:
Expansion joints in façades and floors.
Airtightness detailing around windows, doors and service penetrations.
Sanitary, HVAC and glazing joints where flexibility and durability matter.
Exterior sealing on exposed sites where conditions are rarely ideal.

X-TACK
THE FIRST TOUCH KING
Sometimes “strong” isn’t enough – you need that instant grab, so the piece doesn’t slide, slump or need to be braced for an extended period. That’s where X‑Tack comes in.
X‑Tack is a super‑high‑tack MS polymer adhesive built for serious first grab. Its thick-bodied formula lets you build up beads, and it holds heavy items on vertical surfaces without support. It sticks on wet substrates too, making it ideal for typical Irish “four seasons in one day” conditions.
Typical jobs:
Vertical mounting of heavy panels, stone, skirtings and signage.
Fixing mirrors and decorative elements without visible fixings.
Heavy horizontal bonding where clamping is awkward or impossible.

THE SILKY TECHNICIAN
Over the last 20 years, MS polymers like Tec7 have transformed the sealant market in Ireland. But look, we know that for certain sealing jobs, some tradespeople will still reach for a traditional silicone. Maybe the spec says silicone only, maybe you like the feel of it, maybe it’s just what you’ve always used for certain sealing jobs. And that’s okay. Sealing and bonding is our thing, so we always wanted to offer an option for those people, without the drawbacks of the traditional silicones on the market.
So, after years of saying “nope, not good enough”, our chemists have finally delivered the perfect formula: XealPro – Universal Silicone Sealant. It’s a next generation neutral-cure alkoxy silicone based on the very latest technology, built for the people who want a silicone, but demand the level of quality that is expected from a product with a Tec7 label.
XealPro is a truly universal product that replaces almost all other silicones. It is an elite sanitary sealant with maximum mould, bacterial and chemical resistance and is totally food-safe for use in kitchen environments. It holds all four available CE marks for a construction sealant, and is backed by a full set of health and environmental certifications. Low modulus and neutral curing, XealPro is safe on virtually all common surfaces. It is almost odourless, has zero-shrinkage during curing, and is meko and oxime free with extremely low VOC emissions.Add in its high flexibility, wide temperature range and glossy, easy‑to‑tool bead, and you get one silicone that can replace almost all the others.

When the job moves firmly into serious fixing and structural performance, Tec7 Anchor takes over. This is not just another resin – it is a universal vinylester chemical anchor built for the toughest conditions.
Tec7 Anchor is backed by a full European Technical Assessment, giving specifiers and installers solid technical support when paperwork matters as much as performance. It is designed for a wide range of threaded rod and rebar sizes up to M30/Ø32 which is a big part of why it fits so well into rebar work and structural detailing on Irish concrete jobs. It is also suitable for cracked and uncracked concrete, and both hollow and solid masonry.
Where it really earns its reputation on site is in conditions that normally slow everyone down. Boreholes can be flooded and Anchor will still perform, which is a huge workflow benefit when you are drilling into slabs, beams or foundations in typical Irish weather or on damp, water‑logged sites. On top of that, it is suitable for permanent immersion and harsh chemical environments such as coastal saltwater exposure and chlorinated pool areas, so you are not swapping products every time the environment changes.
