Application
- Concrete rust repair: neutralises rust on rebar + bonding primer for Floor Fix / Wall Fix.
- Fixing of powdery surfaces for painting / bonding.
- Reinforcing weak substrates for bonding: cellular concrete, plaster, gypsum board, plasterboard, natural stone, weathered concrete, etc.
- Bonding primer for bonding on concrete, natural stone, ...
- Reinforcing façade bricks with suspended bonding under steel beams.
- Protects concrete and facade bricks against the effects of salts, manure, urine, etc.

Specifications
- Composition: epoxy resin, hardener and solvent.
- Colour: transparent yellow.
- Specific weight (mixture): 1 +/- 0.1 kg/dm³.
- Adhesion:
- Good adhesion to most building materials such as wood, stone, natural stone, concrete, ...
- Bond strength to metal: 2N/mm².
- Temperature resistance: min. -30°C / max. +60°C / temporarily up to 110°C.
- Processing time: after mixing at +20°C: 30 minutes. Higher temperatures accelerate curing and lower temperatures slow down curing.
- Processing temperature: between +5°C and +30°C.
- Drying time: dust dry and can be walked on after 12 hours.
- Chemical resistance after seven days:
- Resists water, salt water, dilute acids and bases, salts, oils, fuels, urine, fertilisers and most solvents.
- Shelf life: minimum 12 months in closed packaging - store frost-free.

Instructions
Preparation
- Minimum processing temperature: +5°C.
- Apply to a clean, completely dry surface.
- After mixing, processable for +/- 30 minutes at temperatures of +20°C. At high temperatures, the components can be cooled for a longer processing time.
- Pour the hardener (Component B, plastic bottle) completely into the resin (Component A, can), or use the measuring cup provided for a 1:1 mixing ratio.
- Mix very thoroughly until both components are completely mixed.
Processing
- After mixing, apply immediately with a brush or roller.
- On highly absorbent surfaces: apply a second coat after +/- 1 hour or longer.
- The Tec7 adhesives and sealants can be applied wet-on-wet on Poxy Primer.
- Protect from moisture and rain for 24 hours after application.
- Can be walked on and dust dry after +/- 12 hours at +20°C. Chemically resistant after 7 days at +20°C.
- Clean tools with Spray & PUR Cleaner.
- Can be painted over with most varnishes and paints.
Use
- Depending on the porosity of the substrate:
- First coat: 150–300 ml/m².
- Second coat: 250 ml/m².
