Bonding beneath the roof
The fabric under the roof is important for protecting a home against water and draughts. Naturally, the installation has to be done correctly. Adhesive bonding is often an easy attachment method. No problem with TEC7, even with a wet substrate.
Step 1: Preparation
Remove loose particles and dust.
Degrease the substrate with TEC7 Cleaner. This is very important for a permanent good adhesion.
Cut off the spout creating a large opening.
Step 2: Sealing
Squirt out a generous quantity of TEC7.
Firmly press on the roofing film.
Step 3: Finishing
Remove any spilled TEC7 immediately with Powerwipes tissues and/or TEC7 Cleaner.
