Impregnating a façade

Does your façade suffer from penetrating rain, green deposits or salt efflorescence? All this can result in a wet façade, which in turn leads to a build-up of moisture and mould or in the worst case even frost damage.

That is why it is best to provide your façade with a good, breathable rain coat.

Seems like a difficult job? Not at all, with WP7-401 Façade Waterproof you can easily provide the necessary protection against moisture and dirt yourself and enjoy the benefits for up to 25 years!

Step 1: Preparation

  • Remove all dirt mechanically and clean the façade.

  • Allow the wall to dry for 2 days after cleaning. In case of masonry repairs, allow it to dry for at least 7 days.

Step 2: Impregnation

  • Apply one thick undiluted layer with a coat roller or block brush.

IMPORTANT: Apply only between +5°C and +30°C.
